This Privacy Policy explains how The Tron Forge Limited ("TTFL", "we", "us") handles information when you use TTFL Cars and related TTFL marketplace services.

1. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may receive account information, seller/store information, listing details, contact details, vehicle information, inspection requests, support messages, usage information and technical information such as device and browser data.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the marketplace, publish listings, connect customers with sellers, process marketplace-service payments where applicable, arrange inspection requests, provide support, prevent abuse, improve the service and communicate important service information.

3. Seller contact and WhatsApp

When you choose "Book Via WhatsApp" or another direct-contact option, information needed to start that conversation may be passed into the WhatsApp link or shared directly with the seller. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy practices.

4. Inspections and transactions

TTFL Cars helps customers discover vehicles and connect with sellers. TTFL does not take ownership of vehicles and does not automatically become a party to a vehicle sale. Unless a specific TTFL service says otherwise, payment for a vehicle is arranged directly between the buyer and seller.

5. Service providers

We may use hosting, database, analytics, payment, communication and other technology providers to operate TTFL services. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their service and are expected to protect it.

6. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute handling and security. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may ask about information associated with your account, request correction of inaccurate information, or ask about deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security or legitimate operational reasons.

8. Children

TTFL Cars is not intended to encourage children to enter vehicle-sale arrangements independently. Where a child uses a TTFL service, a parent or guardian should supervise the activity.

We may update this policy as the service develops. The date above indicates the latest revision.
