Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of TTFL Cars, operated by The Tron Forge Limited ("TTFL"). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Marketplace role

TTFL Cars is a marketplace and discovery service. TTFL provides tools for sellers to publish vehicle listings and for customers to discover vehicles, contact sellers and arrange inspections. TTFL is not the owner, dealer, manufacturer or seller of every vehicle listed.

2. Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality and completeness of their listings. Sellers must not publish misleading vehicle details, stolen vehicles, fraudulent documentation, prohibited goods or content that infringes another person's rights.

3. Vehicle condition

Information such as mileage, model year, warranty, registration, condition and service history is supplied by the seller unless explicitly identified as verified by TTFL. Customers should independently inspect and verify a vehicle before completing a purchase.

4. Inspections and meetings

"Book an Inspection" and similar features create a request to meet or view a vehicle. They do not constitute a purchase contract, reservation of ownership or guarantee that the seller will accept the proposed time. The seller may accept, decline or suggest another arrangement.

5. Book Via WhatsApp

"Book Via WhatsApp" starts a direct communication channel with the seller using information supplied in the listing. TTFL does not control the seller's WhatsApp account, response time, conduct or subsequent transaction.

6. Payments

TTFL may charge sellers for optional marketplace services such as boosted or featured placement. Unless a specific service expressly states otherwise, TTFL does not collect the purchase price for vehicles on behalf of sellers. Vehicle purchase arrangements are between buyer and seller.

7. Prohibited activity

You must not use TTFL Cars for fraud, impersonation, harassment, spam, unlawful sales, attempts to bypass marketplace security, scraping that harms the service, or publication of deceptive information.

8. Third-party services

Links and integrations may lead to third-party services including WhatsApp. Those services have their own terms and policies, and TTFL is not responsible for their independent operation.

9. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TTFL is not responsible for losses arising from a seller's inaccurate listing, vehicle condition, inspection outcome, private transaction, payment made directly to a seller, or third-party service.

10. Changes and suspension

We may change features, remove listings, suspend accounts or update these Terms when reasonably necessary for security, compliance or operation of the service.

11. Governing law

These Terms are intended to operate under applicable laws and regulations governing TTFL's services. Where a specific legal requirement applies, that requirement takes precedence over any inconsistent part of these Terms.
